We are looking for HR Executive working in the Digital Marketing agency.

HR oversees and implements the recruitment method to get the honest and suitable employee to build the strong team. Measure and supply daily needs of company documentation and employee in order to get the smooth operation. Measure and implement the development of employee skill. Communicate the Labor Organization and other government office to deal with the employment and taxes.
- Manage daily attendance, overtime and leave record.
- Calculate monthly salary payroll, OT, SSB and Income Tax.
- Responsible for CV screening and arranging interview appointment.
- Responsible for employee orientation about company policy and procedure.
- Writing of job description and job specification.
- Manage employment contract and other related document (Offers, Confirmation, Internal Announcement Letter etc).
- Develop and manage HR policy and procedure and make sure employee understand and comply with them.
- Responsible for meeting minutes controls and schedules.
- Allign with CEO to build strong team organization.
- Design staff compensation and benefits.
- Manage Employer-Employee relations.
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g.quarterly / annual and 360 evaluation.)
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
- Acts as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issue.
- Create and Run referral bonus programs.
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
- Create and eliminate Recruitment marketing plan.
- Manage social media and LinkedIn for recruitment marketing.
- Any Bachelor or Graduated.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management is a plus.
- Proficient in Miscrosoft Office Word/ Advance Excel , Powerpoint , Internet , E-mail and Digital Software.
- Proven work experiences as a senior HR Executive (or) HR Manager or similar role.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay&benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contract,employee leaves and Insurance).
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing is a plus.
- Demostrable leadership abilities.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ethic and reliability.
